Just got off the phone with the tech that is at my house while I am at work. Sounded like a great guy, well versed, and called to touch base as my wife could not answer a question.
So the original problem was the battery back up box, for my pair bonding iNid system was beeping all the time. First call last month, you could reset it. Tech reset it, left me a new battery, and said if it comes back, switch battery. It came back, I switched the battery, it came back again.
This is the second call, tech came out, wife called earlier and said he was replacing it. I thought I was golden...
He did the work and called the second time as he wanted to ask me where Ethernet from the iNid went to. I described the system, he put his hand on the wire, and all was good...
But the next line he said, has got me concerned. . . He removed the iNid from the house and now the modem is on the shelf inside. WHAT????
I waited 2 years to get iNid, it has been rock solid for 2 years, with everything on ethernet, and now due to the battery back up for the phone issue, I have some modem inside....
Seeing I have been a happy camper for so long, I have not paid attention to forums, or technology changes, but did I just lose my pair bonding, rock solid performance? Or am I ok with some new technology, or internal iNid????

The sooner we get behind schedule, the more time we have to catch up.
