Over the past two weeks I've had increasing issues staying connected to my corporate VPN. The past few days my wife and kids noticed that streaming wasn't going too well. Last night we had a power outage and the modem (2wire150) rebooted. Broadband light flashed quick green, then solid green, then quick red, back to green etc. It continuously is cycling now.
I logged into the modem and it will show no channels connected, then one channel, then that channel disconnects and the second channel is connected. Normal operation seems to be for both to be connected from my experience.
I called AT&T and they initially scheduled a tech to come out to the house. 15 minutes later I got a second call from AT&T saying that the problem was not in my house and they were sending a different type of tech that wouldn't be available for a few days.
Any ideas what it is? Could the equipment on the side of the house be shot?
