The debacle on my client's SoCal installation continues. To recap, post-installation of data only, their salesdroid suckered them into VOIP ["You can get FREE call waiting"]; and broke a bunch of things. As soon as I explained the truth, they got their POTS back.
But there's a billing mess left over from same.
Part of that is "CA Local Video Facilities Fee" & "CA Local Video Service Franchise Fee" but we never had video on the account.
Support is clueless. Can anyone in CA comment on this?
