New VRAD across the street

Hi folks, I'm in Prosper, TX, and AT&T just finished installing a new VRAD across the street from my house a couple months ago. I'm on the NE corner lot and it's on the SE corner. I'm currently limited to the 18Mb internet plan because I'm right at the limit for the VRAD at the front of the neighborhood. I remember the installer having to use a bonded pair or something like that. Anyway, anyone know what the chances would be of hooking up to the new one? Who would I even contact about it? I'm guessing a national call center probably wouldn't know much. Thanks!
