AT&T having issues porting my number from BrightHouse

Hello, I had U-Verse installed on May 30, 2014. Since then, my phone number with BrightHouse has not been ported over yet. I have spent hours on the phone with AT&T to no avail. Today is 30 days after install and I still don't have my phone number. Over and over it's always "2 days" or "3 days", and then today I was told by a U-Verse representative that there was a "facility issue" with the porting. I asked him to explain, and he referred me to their "dedicated team" which I received a call from. This guy could provide absolutely no specific information on what issue or issues there are and I still don't know what a "facility issue" is and I still do not have my phone number ported yet. Any assistance/suggestions in getting this resolved immediately would be greatly appreciated.
