We are currently under the 25/2 profile I believe, and within the past few days to a week out internet has been horrible. I just tested out speed on testmy.net and go a whopping Download :: 744 Kbps 93 kB/s Upload :: 1 Mbps 126 kB/s
There is obviously something terribly wrong. We have called before and apparently whoever was on the other end of the phone did something from ATT's end to try and "resolve" the issue. But nothing happened, they said wait a week and if it doesn't change to call back so they can send a tech out here. I haven't called to make that appointment yet but what the hell, is this sort of drop in speeds normal? Even webpages are taking seconds to load. Is it the wiring? I mean like I said this happened out of the blue so I'm not sure what it could be.
