Hello. I monitor the Internet connections of several clients. Approx. Monday night I started seeing tremendous packet loss from my AT&T connection to Time Warner connections. The other AT&T and Comcast connections I'm monitoring are rock solid.
AT&T and Time Warner do not have a peering agreement it seems, all traffic filters through xo.net at this time.
How would I go about getting the suspects interested in solving this? I tried posting at the direct forums here, TW says it is out of their control, and I haven't heard back from AT&T yet.
Any ideas?
