My Belkin UPS for my AT&T U-Verse unit is garbage. And... Those idiots they use as help desk are a joke. My advise... When you start having problems with the unit going out, look on the bottom of the Belkin unit to get the rating output for voltage and more important, the amps. Mine is a 12 volt 2.2 amp max unit. Go to Radio Shack and buy a AC/DC adapter and match the style plug. Then, get a real UPS for a computer and plug your U-Verse unit in there. Problem Solved and you don't have to talk to those idiots from the AT&T help desk. There English needs to be improved too.
