What does this warning mean?

Then after that there's a crazy amount of very similar entries to different destination IPs. That local IP is supposedly assigned to my phone, but when I tried resetting the RG with my phone completely disconnected and WiFi off, those 1.3 entries still showed up. Then later there are even entries with the src and dst IPs both external from various locations.
Even if it's fine since the firewall is successfully blocking all of it, why is there so much when we just got U-Verse installed 48 hours ago??
