my grandmother has had problems with her uverse service and At&t recently replaced her line coming into box on the side of the house a few months back and service improved well the other day the DVR showed an ingress profile of 0SD/3HD and egress of 0SD/3HD well her tv was showing a profile higher than 19Mbps well uvrealtime revealed that she was on the 19/2 profile and the recommended was 25/2 and thankfully at&t was able to do a quick push of the 25/2 profile.
