I have been experiencing frequent broadband and service drops irregularly throughout the day and night for the past month or so. This has resulted in no internet for a minute or two as the link retrains. This also causes picture freezes or complete loss in tv and telephone services.
Roughly two weeks ago, I experienced an outage for 4 days before techs were sent out here to fix a supposed problem with the outside line. While the techs were able to get me back up and running, it clearly isn't working as well as it should. The tech made no mention of any problems that may occur on any inside lines.
