Hi, I've been getting extremely high pings to chicago (130~) lately and (100-110~) to texas. This happens really randomly but, when it does happen, it happens around 3-9pm PST. I've done tracerts during the periods of lag and it seems like my ping bounces up really high,way before they get to the gameserver I connected to, so I'm guessing its an ISP issue. Who do I contact /what should I do to fix this?
