Ok so for the past month i've been having issues while playing a popular online game (League of Legends). Almost every game of ARAM I get disconnected in the first 2 minutes, if i'm not disconnected in the beginning then I have no trouble throughout. After talking with support for the game for about 2 weeks, they determined it was my ISP (AT&T U-verse) due to high packet loss (59%) to the IP address. My roommate doesn't have any issues whatsoever. This was the last response they gave me:

Hello Aaron,
I think we have found the problem:
(IP ADDRESS) - 59 | 12 | 5 | 0 | 27 | 35 | 24 |
That line shows that that node/IP address seems to be getting 59% packet loss. That is quite bad and is likely the result of your problem. I would suggest contacting your ISP about this and providing them with these tracerts, they should be able to help you resolve this. If you have any questions or concerns about this, please let me know.
Any help would be appreciated
