I need some help, I am on the border of paying more for Xfinity just to get working internet.
I have been a Uverse customer for about 4 years. I was an AT&T employee until about 3 months ago and about 1 and a half months ago my internet went sour.
It started one day with my entire system (internet and TV) not working. WE got a tech out that day who reset some things in the router and 'fixed it.' Since then we have had internet speed fluctuations on and off. When I say on and off I mean it works great and we get 11.45mbps for a few days straight with no issues, then we get a day like today where its as low as 2mbps for a few hours at a time and then will be fine again.
I work from home and cannot have this type of speed fluctuating. I have attached a screenshot of my speed tests from this morning. At the time of these tests I had everything turned off or unplugged except my computer. Not mobile devices connected to the network or anything.
