I live in northeast Illinois have had U-verse TV, internet, and VOIP telephone service for almost a year now. Within the past few weeks, the audio volume level on channel 230, C-SPAN 1, has become much lower than all the other channels.
The volume disparity exists regardless of whether HDMI or composite cables are used between the DVR and television.
Is there a way AT&T can adjust their feed for this channel so the volume is once again consistent with other channels?
