Charter is offering a triple play bundle 1 year 3 x 29.99. That got me looking at my 135.00 U200 and 1.5 Meg express service. I called and asked for a better price they offered $105.00 for one year I said no thank you and said I needed to consider my options. 2 or 3 days later the ATT robot calls with a customer survey. I take the survey give the representative good marks and leave a voice comment that my representative did not have the authority to match the Comcast deal. The next question was can ATT contact me about my account. I answer yes. The next day an ATT manager calls. We talk about the Charter ads and she offers a 1 year 50% off deal at 69.00 and I accept. Let’s see how my next bill looks. Walta
