I want to add another converter box to my ATT service and I have already run the cat 6 and terminated into the desired room. I call ATT and ask if they will add another box to my account and they say no problem its going to cost 99.00 for another install. I asked why so high and they inform me they have to send a tech out to install. After a few rounds of "I have already run and terminated" they will not budge on the 99.00. There is no tech that needs to visit. Anyone had any luck getting the fee waived on a self install?
