Another NVG599 on non-45Mbps tier

Hello all, new DSLReports poster but long time lurker. Had an AT&T tech at my house 2 days ago (I'm in Ann Arbor, Michigan) due to ongoing DNS and QoS problems with our service. We were on an NVG510, and after trying two NVG589's and experiencing the same issues, the tech went back out to his truck and grabbed a "fabled" NVG599. Hooked it up, tested it, and our connection was solid once again. I'm on the "Max Turbo" tier, which is advertised as being between 18.1 - 24 Mbps down, and between 768 Kbps - 3 Mbps up. The tech said that we're on a K card, about 1,100 feet from the nearest box. Here's a screenshot of the NVG599's broadband page: [att=1] No issues have cropped up so far, and I'm happily browsing on IPv6 as well. =) If there's anything that anybody would like me to try or share, let me know. This is just more of an informational post to show that 599's are indeed being installed at tiers that are not "Power" or greater. Thanks!
