Gigapower 300, upload speeds at about 50Mb/s

So just got upgraded to Gigapower 300 at the promise of 300Mb/s up and down. Since the install ( it has been about a month) speed tests show ~300Mb/s down ~50Mb/s up... One of the reasons I went for the 300 tear was for the 300 upload. Called AT&T Yesterday, got a tech the same day. (awesome!) Tech says that 300 up is not possible and he has never seen it, he calls his super to confirm that. Call back to AT&T, customer service tells me that it is up to 300 up and down, they bounce me to tech. Tech says it is up to 100Mb/s on the 300 plan, bounces me back to customer service. Customer service insists it is "up to" 300Mb/s up on the 300 plan and that as long as I am getting at least 46Mb/s up I am in the "acceptable" range. Anybody out there know what I should be seeing as an upload speed, and if I am under what I should be seeing what I can do to get this fixed? Details about my network config: AT&T device: Pace 5268AC-FXN My router: ASUS RT-AC66U Switch: Netgear GS116 I am setup in pass-though mode because these damn things do not have a true bridged mode. I get about the same results plugged in to my router or their gateway.
