found Gigapower available in a house built in the 1950s that my family owned up until last year in a smaller town outside of the Dallas area about 30 miles south but yet my house in the middle of the DFW neighborhood with established uverse and very dense housing and large amount uverse subs gets only FTTN 75Mbps max? WTF? lol my address qualifies for 45Mbps but yet my neighbor fed off of my At&t ped qualifies for 75Mbps (this tells me that At&t doesn't want to do bonded lines to me or just is lazy to update database oh and to top it off they added a second VRAD instead of adding a FTTH junction box and cutting over the existing subs.) and that neighbor is probably on the 75Mbps bonded profile or on a bonded line. lol this is why I am glad that I have 16x4 bonding available from TWC with up to 300/20 available as At&t has snubbed my neighborhood always :(
