WiFi Slows when Downloading from hardwired XboxOne

Hello all. Currently on the 45meg plan. I have an XboxOne hooked up via ethernet to my RG, 5268AC, and a Mid2015 MacBook Pro via WiFi 802.11AC in the same room as the RG. Anytime I start a download of a game or downloadable content on the Xbox that as hardwired; my wireless connection slows significantly on my Mac (loading light webpages, etc.) Is this normal? Thanks -- Consistency isn’t always good. Especially if you’re consistently wrong. ;)
