Ordered last week and a tech came out on Tuesday and installed the AT&T block. Upgraded Friday at 2:00 pm according to my online account and I was out of town. Came home today and had confirmation of the upgrade so I ran a speed test and my speed is 17.54 down/7.64 up. I had consistent speeds of 29Mbps on my Hsia45 service so my speed has dropped dramatically. I ran an online test and got to the part of rebooting the gateway and could not get it to resync. Called AT&T CS and their test showed problems that require a tech to come out.
Well it finally sync'd back up after ab hour but speed is still ditched. My up speed is ok ( it was always about 5Mbps so it's great) Found out that the service has crashed every day since Friday and each time has taken at least an hour to resync.
Maybe know something in the morning with the tech is scheduled to be here.
