Uverse services, phone, internet & tv, are in-op since approx 1900 local in SoFla. Services have been intermittent for the past few days. Not a good thing with the impending hurricane, Errika, due to arrive on Sunday or Monday.
Would be nice to have an ETR and the reason for the outage. Guess ATT cannot proclaim 99% service reliability.
No info on the reason, ETR, affected area or anything else.
Just a bit of advice ATT; let your clients know why, when, where and an ETR on your system failures and stop covering them up. Nobody likes to be "in the dark" with service interruptions. The outage info should be on the the first page of the uverse web page with ETR & reason why. I.E. Fiber cable cut due to train derailment or backhoe cut fiber cable.
If ATT needs some fiber splicing people, I are one of them, however it has been a long long time ago. Also, I have C.O. & headend experience if ya need it ATT att. (att= at this time)

If it ain't broke.... I must have done something wrong or it was broken to begin with. If it works, I can fix that. If it doesn't fit, force it! If breaks, it needed to replaced anyway. Do spold, findle or mutilate! AMEN!
