I previously had the new 45mb tier a couple months ago(full upgrade with the 2 pairs and upgraded modem, i do still have Uverse TV[1 dvr and 2 recvers]) and no matter what selection i selected i could not, not require a service tech even thought absolutely nothing has changed. What can i do, i'm sure the heck not spending $99 just to be told, you have the modem, twisted pair, you just need the the profile sent to the modem and your good to go...
Any ideas?
