We recently got Power 45 last October, but the lines coming into our house are unbalanced. Line 1 is very strong and that's what we were previously using for slower U-Verse. Line 2 is very weak, however it was already wired into our house and Line 1 was strong enough to carry most of the weight of the bond. This worked fine for awhile.
Within the last month something changed and the bond puts more weight on Line 2. We've seen the result of this with frequent service interruption. I've included a screen shot of our Line stats which shows a high number of CRC errors and error seconds on that second line. The modem was rebooted about a week ago so these stats have accumulated over that time.
Is there any way to re-adjust this bond without contacting AT&T? If there's nothing I can do, then I'll get in touch with them. I'm hesitant to do so because I don't want to go through the support scripted questions (I've tried rebooting the modem multiple times), try to be here when they want to send a tech out, and my biggest worry is that tech will have to crawl around my attic trying to fix that second line. Just had new insulation installed so I'm not in a big hurry to have it torn up.
Any help is appreciated!
Thanks!
