Around 20 February, some users of vassalengine.org started reporting extremely poor response times. Nothing changed on our end---the vassalengine.org server hasn't seen increased load or traffic, we haven't reconfigured anything, etc. After some investigation, we determined that every single person reporting the problem is an AT&T customer. We're seeing reasonable latency (pings of mabye 160ms) from these people, but when they try to connect to our web site, it simply won't load for them, nor are they able to get to our game server.
Can anyone recommend who at AT&T we need to contact to get this problem resolved?
