Hey everyone - I posted a similar topic in the DSL section and forgive me for double posting. (I'm not sure if U-verse and DSL would operate differently for what I would want to do)
But, I was wondering if there is anyway I can remotely test the WAN/Broadband sync to my U-Verse modem?
I know when I call into to ATT tech support the agent can test my signal to see if there is sync to the modem. Is this something only the LEC can do?
I would love to be able to somehow receive alerts if one of my sites loses sync to the modem. It is much easier to proactively trouble shoot an issue as opposed to receive a call from a tenant that the service is down.
I hope my question make sense. Please feel free to ask any questions to clarify.
