I inquired on getting a faster internet package but I was told that the 18mb package is the fastest that I can get at this time. I don't understand why this is the fastest that I can get when my rg is showing the following:

I had some line work done on my service this past spring and I asked the line tech what he showed for a maximum uplink and he said about 11MB. Downstream is ~48MB on my single pair install. I know the vrad supports pair bonding because I have neighbors that have a pair bonded installs. Since the RG is showing the uplink I assume I'm at least on a K card. AT&T says I am about 3200 feet from the VRAD but my area has a larger gauge copper wire which is why at this distance the service still works great. The RG shows ~48MB down, and ~11MB uplink. The UV Realtime is only showing a distance of 1900' because of the larger wire. So my question is what can't I get a faster speed package, at least the 24/3? UV realtime shows I should be on a 32/5 profile.
