I'm about to purchase uverse internet service along with my current POTS line. My house is a manufactured home that was set up almost 14 years ago. There's currently a Telephone Network Interface on the side of the house. There's two phone lines hooked up, but one is disabled since we no longer have dialup. One of the things I see in uverse posts is a Network Interface Device that looks different than what I have on the side of my house. Will att install the NID if needed?
Also, there's currently no wiring in the house except for the two phone lines. Will att still be able to install uverse. All of the videos I've watched show the RG installed to a phone line. Will att install wiring from the outside to the inside wall?
I added some pictures of the box on the side of my house. I don't know if I would use the wires from phone line number 2 since they're not in use, or the wires on the bottom. [att=1] [att=2]
