For local offices to completely ignore the social care team?
I've been having an average of at least 3 line retrains per day since my install about 2 months ago. Initially I was dealing with the local tech who installed the service. After a week or so I wasn't sure I was getting the entire story so I got the social care team involved.
They have been my go between with the local office for about a month now. I've had multiple tech visits with no solution and now they seem to be completely ignoring us. The social care team has emailed all the way up to the director with no response.
Does anybody here have any local contacts in the Columbia SC area that might be able to help me out? This is getting a bit ridiculous and seriously unprofessional.
