Looking for ideas. nv589 bonded service issues.

I have had dry line business dsl since 2006, and ran it along side residential uverse since ~2009 as to not headache with the 2 wire/pace setups. I upgraded the business DSL to business uverse max 45m (bonded) about 3 months ago, and aside from a few installation woes (dirty pairs) it ran fine up until a month ago. ATT has replaces the NV589, replaced the drop from the pole (aerial to buried), replaced the filters/coils in the nid, switched the pairs at least twice, and switches both ports once. The actual problems I see are severe packet losses/timeouts, but not enough to go out of service. I went as far as making some screen scrape scripts, logging the data to a database, and then graphing the results. As it turns out the errors are incrementing very intermittently with no rhyme or reason that I can see. I have checked for persistent interference but I have not been fortunate enough to be scanning the lf/hf frequencies when the problem is happening. I still have residential (25/2 profile) along with the business (45/5) service and it seems to not be as affected, but it does increment a massive amount of FECs along side the business connection. The only differences between the connections is the business is fed by 15ft cat5e, and the residential is about 5 ft of cat5e. I'm at a loss, and so are the technicians. See the below screenshots for details of the errors. The drop-offs in the graphs are reboots of the devices.
