A couple of HD channels will not be picked up on occasion on one or all of our receivers (We have one all room DVR and 2 wireless receivers).
The only way I have found to cure this, is to reset the receiver in question, but the problem happens again 2-3 days later. Note that this does not occur with SD channels, just HD.
We do have the HD programming option on the u-verse account, before anyone asks the obvious question :)
Should I just call support or is there a permanent fix to this minor problem?
