Awful support.... Called to have technician unblock port 25. Was told I need to talk to connect tech. I asked to speak to a manager, and she responded with the same answer then transferred me to connect tech. Connect tech advised me that it is not a problem with the internet connection. I asked to speak to a manger at connect tech. This is going no where fast.... Now talking to a manager at connect tech and he has no clue as well and offered his fee based services. Asked to be transferred to retensions and was sent to ATT wireless. Have they replaced all the competent technicians with with these people? WOW, maybe it's a bad day at ATT or something. 40 minutes on hold and re-routed to the front of the IVR.. Finally talked to a tech in tier 1 in the Arizona call center and it was taken care of in 5 min. 50 min total for this call. What is going on here? I think ATT needs to make sure all their call centers have access to the same KB.
