I have three websites that I used to be able to access for work while I was at home, but for the last two months I have not been able to access these sites. I keep getting an error message that says the webpage is not available. A co-worker said she experienced the same problem and was able to gain access after speaking with her internet provider. I called AT&T and they transferred me to some third-party service provider that wanted to charge me a fee to try and fix this problem. I don't think its right that I should have to pay some third-party a fee to undo something that AT&T did. Has anyone experienced this?!
