We swapped my aunt to U-Verse 12/1 (i had a feeling it was ADSL2+ since that was the highest speed), and she's getting billed for it but her modem is only getting 3Mbps/509k upload
She had 15/1 from Time Warner before, so the speed drop to 12Mbps was not that big of a deal for what she did, although she was complaining to me that her Netflix no longer streamed in HD but i live in Arizona and just got back to Ohio to look into what may be her issue.
I see her stats, and i highly doubt the line could even handle 6Mbps so i'm going to be calling AT&T to see if her price can be adjusted accordingly since she now is stuck in a one year contract with no recourse since she did not officially notice the problem within the "return" window.
Her stats are as follows, and i honestly have a suspicion the problem is the ancient copper outside that AT&T refuses to fix since the attenuation is garbage.

So has anyone had any luck getting bill credits from AT&T over this issue?
