I am a new customer. I have a SKYPE issue that I need resolved ASAP!
Since I have been setup when on SKYPE calls after a few seconds the person on the other end cannot hear me, my voice breaks up & the same thing happens with their voice coming in to my call. I have tried calls on my 2 LT's (Win 7 & Linux), IPad etc... I played with the advanced settings in SKYPE, Changed out various Head Sets with no change.
(NOTE: I am an IT Admin/20 years experience so a little frustrated I cant figure it out). I went into the Router to see if I could open ports etc and the Router Provided by AT&T has vague settings I am not used to.
I REALLY need to get SKYPE up and working as I need to be able to Record calls etc... I have a temp fix by forwarding calls to another number. Can anyone offer a solution to help me pin hole through this particular Router? It is a Pace Plc Model: 3800HGV-B.
