I'm in a new build. Literally all of my neighbors either have UVerse or are eligible for service. The VRAD is in my next door neighbor's yard which is adjacent to my yard, I'd guess it's maybe 10 feet from actually being in my yard, and it's maybe 80 feet from my actual house. I can search for WiFi signals in my kitchen and see at least seven 2WIRE routers at any given time.
I have called AT&T several times over a 3 week span. They either tell me flat out that my address is red or that they "are working the case, wait 5 days". 5 days is no big deal, but it's been 3 weeks and still no resolution.
I would think that this would be a simple process. There is zero question whatsoever that my house is capable of receiving the service. Any suggestions as to how to get AT&T to complete what should be a simple and common process?
