Is it possible to contact someone in a upper tier level that can dispatch a tech with a decent amount of experience to resolve issues with our uverse problems.
Each person that comes out finds an issue different then the previous person. None of the fixes has resolved the problem. That is the service drops below the level of good phone or picture. QOS drops 40 to 50 percent and the phone audio stutters in bound and out bound.
Assistance would be appreciated.
