I just spend 7 hours (4 hours first day with inexperienced tech & 3 hours today) watching them trying to connect the service. We finally have video & audio, but the HD channels looks like standard definition. There is coaxial cable from Uverse box to my HDTV & HDMI connected from Uverse box to my new home theater receiver, from which there is another HDMI to my HDTV for sound.
My question is, should the coaxial be removed because there is HDMI connection?
Please help if someone can, I have no faith on ATT techs.
