What is the direct number to St. Louis Tier 2 Technical support?

I go to Starbuck's or the Fedex store and not only do I connect right away, it doesn't drop me. I am trying to get a replacement 3600 modem from AT&T and tier 1 UVerse technical support just want to do useless modem tests connected to my wired computer connection. I keep telling them my problem is not with my computer wired internet connection, is with the wifi. I asked them to transfer me to tier 2 in San Louis; I have been on the phone for over 24 min and they keep transferring me to one tier 1 representative after another, of which most of them I can't understand a word of their broken English out of their mouths. These tier 1 people with UVerse technical support can't even tell me if it will cost me any $ to get a 3600 replacement. What is the direct number to St. Louis Tier 2 Technical support?
