links are taking forever to load and often do not load at all. i have to stop/start each link several times before getting a semi-successful request
i cannot even upload a 100KB file via ftp without connection timing out. my upload is a hard zero
ive tried resetting my modem and all the other fun stuff and no favorable results.
is anyone else experiencing something similar?
