Verge of Canceling

I've been having problems with my service since July. My TV cuts out every night around 10pm. It requires a modem reset to get the service back on. I ordered the Power Internet in hopes that would clear up any line issues I've been having, but now it's about 10Xs worse. I've have around 6 techs come out since July, and each tech finds a new problem. One thing every tech told me was that there is a short from the box outside to the house and they always "hope" they fix it but I don't believe they do. Why can't they just fix that? I feel that's the issue. I called tech support again last night and told them this is it, last chance. I'm having all my equipment replaced - my DVR, two STBs, and my NVG589. I'm willing to sacrifice my 50 recordings to fix my issue. I feel it's definitely a line problem, not an equipment issue. Last week all my services went out and yesterday a tech came and said the ports were messed up and there was a short in the line, like every tech says that. I'm so angry and I don't wanna cancel, I like AT&T. But this is becoming a joke. What can I do?
