I've posted about the amount of errors i'm getting on line 2 before and I've also had technicians come out to try and fix it at least 8 times but probably more. Line 1 is always good and generates pretty much no CRC errors, while line 2 on the other hand generates at least a couple hundred a day guaranteed.
The amount of errors in the picture is about 4 days worth. Is this amount of CRC and FEC errors reasonable at all? Whatever the technicians have done so far has only helped a little bit, but I think the NVG589 helped more than what they've done to the lines. When I was on the i3812v, the DSL would constantly drop out multiple times a day. Either way line 2 is still generating a lot of errors compared to line 1.
So far they've replaced my gateway, changed ports, worked on the lines on the poles, and changed the line from the house to the telephone pole.
Should I just live with these errors since ATT seems like they don't know how to fix it, or is it bad enough to keep bugging them?
