I hear everyday from AT&T employee's and Reps how they want to switch DSL users to UVerse, which I don't have a problem with, however, I hear about 45 mbit upgrades and how AT&T spends a lot of money upgrading there lines, but for 5 to 6 years I have been trying to get UVerse and still cannot get it?
We hear how they want to get us all off DSL lines, but yet no upgrades at all and yet people across the street can get?
This makes no sence to me at all, if a company as big as AT&T can spend tons of money upgrading all these places and states to 45mbit then it shouldn't be a problem offering this at my location.
I keep hearing I am going to get it, you'll be upgraded this and that, but yet I am still sitting on a DSL 6mbit connection while AT&T is so called upgrading everywhere else but here to 45mbit and I don't even have the basic uverse.
I am spending more then what I have for DSL when I could be getting Uverse like everyone else but yet I have to pay more for DSL then those with Uverse.
No sir I do not understand this one bit.
If they want us to be switched to Uverse from DSL, not a problem, I will, but... to sit there and charge me twice as much as others getting Uverse is totality wrong.
Now my only choice is DirecTV, which I have now, my contract ended with them and I am thinking of going HD which I have not yet.
If and when I do I will have to but new equipment and wiring for this which means i'll need to be put on another contract. Once this happens I wont be going with Uverse which I really want because I have my Landline business account with my long distance calling, and DSL internet meaning if I did get Uverse I would save money in the long run because its considered a package deal.
I mean does AT&T want my business, do they even care, or is it just whatever?
I hate to rant about this, but I think I have waited long enough for this to happen and I try to have faith in this company but I am feeling I am loosing it and quite annoyed and ready to give up on it all together.
They cant simply give me a reason even though I spend a lot of money on there products and have been a loyal customer from day 1, but its obvious to me that they don't care or there just to damn big and ignore those that do support there company.
I have had my line investigated on, I have had techs look into this matter, I even wrote them and asking them, but I cannot seem to get a straight honest answer only to hear, I am sorry I have no information at this time, but I assure you, you will get it, 6 years later I am still wait, and waiting.
