I have been a 1000/1000 fiber customer on a crappy Pace 5286 since April 2017 (same unit) and I think it's starting to hate me.
Multiple things have failed over the years like WiFi calling but the latest thing is enraging me and all of my connected equipment to my ASUS router (gt-axe11000) is under zero circumstance can I get the router or any of my devices to sync with any NTP servers. I read up on this some and is this a product of ATT in general or specific to the 5286? Are there gateways that will passthrough NTP UDP 123?
I called ATT over the weekend and went through their automated system and never got to talk with a human and the only option was a truck roll. They arrive tomorrow morning so which gateway should I request?
