Been working on speed issues with ATT for a few weeks now. I have narrowed down the issue to high packet loss that appears around 6pm nightly. I have attached my results from a regular 8.8.8.8 ping.
I have talked with ATT multiple times via phone, their techs are no help and stand by "we don't have an issue". These ping results are the same from both wireless and wired devices as well as a direct ping from inside the ATT gateway.
Looking for any suggestions before I dump ATT and move back to Spectrum. Thanks in advance.
