So I just modified my static ips to be from 32 to 64 for $5 extra ($35 extra for 64 static ips) and so far, I've had success with AT&T representatives be very clear to me that I don't need a technician to get everything accounted for.
Initially, when getting my initial range of static ip blocks, I had to request from chat support something to the effect of, I reset my gateway by accident and I need the info all over again, and the chat agent gladly gave it to me without apprehension.
Quick question.
I want to setup a mail server to get away from prying eyes (google etc. though I know that can be nigh on impossible).
How would I be able to set up MX records and request reverse dns / PTR records for my static ip block?
