Just wondering of others luck in negotiating uverse rates. My 1-year contract is ending soon, so my price will be increasing by more than $50. How has everyone's luck been in keeping their rates the same (or even lowering their monthly costs)?
I originally switched to uverse a year ago, as ATT DSL would no longer negotiate with their pricing. If ATT is unwilling to bargain, is it possible to go back to ATT DSL service (they have cheap annual costs for the first year), or does the uverse install negate DSL service on the lines?
Finally, any tips when I call uverse to negotiate?
