I switch to U-verse internet and phone about six weeks ago. I received a NVG589 modem and have generally been problem free. I did notice that the phone timestamp (on two different phone models) was 4 hours off. After calling AT&T support and the support going through all his options, they are sending a new modem to me to swap out. (The timestamp is supposed to be carried over the line from the phone company. I was hoping is was just a option change that they could do. My older caller-id and POTS worked fine.) Anyone else have phone timestamp problems with the NVG589 (and/or ATT Voice) and solutions? Thxs.
