I upgraded my U-verse internet from 6Mbps to 12Mbps online at the att site.
After I came back home, the internet did work and I get the broadband led flashing from green to red.
ATT said they will send a technician.... and I have to wait offline... I would expect more from ATT, I don't think every time you change your plan you should go offline.
Now I'm sorry I upgraded at first place... if I just know that an upgrade will put you offline for a few days... is that the price I have to pay for upgrading?
